Obedience you learn to run yourself
Every lesson is one-on-one with a professional Off Leash K9 trainer, and you are there for all of it. Your dog learns the commands; you learn how to use them in real life, around real distractions. If you would rather a trainer do the heavy lifting first, our board and train programs cover the same commands in one or two weeks.

Obedience lesson questions
How many lessons are there?
Four private lessons in Basic Obedience, eight in Basic & Advanced Obedience. The first four lessons of the eight-lesson program are the basic program.
Where do the lessons take place?
Our trainers travel to clients across North Georgia by appointment. Lessons happen somewhere with real distractions near you rather than inside your house, because a dog that only listens at home has not finished learning. Your trainer sets the spot with you when you book.
Is an e-collar part of the training?
Yes, and it is included in the price. It is a remote collar used to get your dog's attention, not to punish, and we show you how it feels on your own arm first. Our FAQ page explains it in detail.
Will my dog be off leash after lessons?
Lessons build the core commands, and some dogs get there. Reliable off-leash recall around big distractions is what our board and train programs are built for.
